Day 3 with this Veg thing

I’m on day 3. This hasn’t been hard so far. Of course, I’ve eaten at home every day.

Last night I ate the most delicious salad I think I’ve ever tasted and it had 3 ingredients - arugula, tomatoes, and almonds. The dressing helped of course but it was just balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil, and sugar. I think anything with sugar and almonds is destined to be good. This morning I ate an omelette and toast so that’s really no different from what I would normally eat. This just doesn’t seem to be too difficult. I’m sure I will have my challenges.

I hate to say this because it could be completely unrelated but I swear I feel better. I also swear I’m eating more food. That’s probably because I have all this new stuff in my house and that’s a thing with me. Whenever I bring new stuff into my house I have to eat it - even if I’m not hungry. That will work itself out. When I know exactly what everything tastes like I won’t need to sample it anymore :)
